If you have a concern about services at the Library, we encourage you to talk to employees at your local Ottawa Public Library branch or by calling InfoService.

By filling out this webform you are asking the Library to reconsider a decision it has already made to acquire an item for the collection, deliver a library program, create a display, post a notice, or host an exhibit or an event. Your request for reconsideration will be reviewed by designated staff in the applicable service area. A written response is normally provided within 30 business days.
