OPL uses social media (predominantly Twitter and Facebook) to share news about its collection, programs, and services but also to interact with its customers. In 2013, OPL has gained more than 1,300 followers on its Twitter account by tweeting compelling content consistently, and following up with any questions, comments or concerns customers expressed online.
