In honour of Freedom to Read Week (February 16–22, 2026), we’re hosting a special giveaway celebrating intellectual freedom and the power of stories.
We’re giving away one (1) pair of tickets to ALSO’s Banned Book Night, an evening that celebrates local authors while raising funds for literacy and learning in our community.
This significant event features readings from banned books by high-profile Ottawa-area authors and includes a silent auction fundraiser. The evening highlights the harms of book banning and challenges censorship, while supporting ALSO’s important work.
One lucky winner will receive two tickets to attend the event.
